Ok. My BMR is 1944 and my TDEE (3007) - 20% is 2406.
Does this mean I should try to eat between 1944 and 2406 every day??
Also do I am assuming I do not eat back the exercise calories?

If you eat close to your BMR - feel free to eat back some of your exercise calories..
my BMR is around 1300 -
my TDEE -20% is 1360
but I eat around 1700-1800 calories a day - I burn 400-600 working out as well. The days I don't work out I will eat 1300-1400 to stil have a deficit. if I ate 1300 AND worked out - I would be doubling my deficit and I would be cranky and hungry.0
