Hello,

I was wondering if anyone thought weight came off faster while on Birth Control pills? or Metformin? I am suppose to take both to help "up" my fertility chances. The birth control pills will stop in three months (they were just being used to thin my uterine lining).

I have not been taking either this last week but am suppose to start again tomorrow. I just wondered if it would be helpful or make things more difficult .

Note: I am willing to take them even if they make things difficult, I will just need to work out more or something.

Thanks!

IMHO, Calories are calories. You may have an appetite or energy increase/decrease with various medications...but the medications themselves do not cause you to gain weight...in my non-professional opinion.

So chart your intake and output and as long as those numbers jive, then you should be fine!!

Drink water. Eat well and work out.
