Friends

I am sure people see this all the time but I am looking to find others to be friends. I have logged in for over 100+ days now and I am just looking for support.

Me:
*44 years young
*Married with a dog (our daughter)
*PCOS/Diabetic
*Work at a university (hybrid - 2 days home, 3 days at the college)

Back story:
*I had WLS (Gastric bypass) in December 2022. I have lost 92 lbs so far. I work out daily and keep to my calories/macros.
*Diabetic (although my A1C is in the normal range now, I need to keep it there)
*Binge eater (in therapy)
*Love reading about other people's adventures and applauding them along the way.
*Even if I can give you a like on your exercise or daily dairy. I want to read about your successes.

Workouts:
*Mostly walking but I see a trainer 2x a week for strength training.
*I hike on weekends and am really trying to learn to love it (not a fan of dirt or bugs)

Food
*I eat what I want but I make sure to hit my protein goals and keep under my calorie goals.
*I do not judge on what anyone eats or what you do in general.

Open to anyone! I don't discriminate in any way!

Hi Mychellelynne! I sent you a request. I'm a recently diagnosed T2 diabetic who came back to MFP to get myself under control. So far it seems to be working but my real test will be when I get my next A1C in a few weeks.
