Percentage. I guess I shouldn't say exactly. The only way I come close to where my macros are set is by eating less.

My go to is also Sparkling Ice. I agree with A&W Diet Rootbeer below as well. I feel it taste the most like the original than any other diet. Coke Zero I feel taste better than regular Diet Coke as well.

Overnight Oats that you assemble and just put in the fridge and it is ready in the morning! I use almond milk in place of regular for non-dairy.

I did do that, but the the calories, carbs, sodium, all of that would be different since it is starchy water.

I eat pretty clean so a lot of the foods I eat are very filling with protein or fiber but less calories. I have days I may get to 1600, but I get full easily with the types of food I eat.

Thanks! It went away completely after about 2-3 days. I did legs 2 days ago and just felt it yesterday so this DOMS is the real deal!

Thanks for the input. I think I am going to stick with an hour of cardio on days that I don't do weights and 40 minutes of cardio on days that I do weights. I do notice that when I do cardio after weights, it seems easier to complete the workout. I'm not sure if it is accurate, but I read that doing weights first is best…

I use a food scale to measure calories and I pretty much always round up. It seems like exercising makes me have no appetite at all.

Yes there are risks involved, but there are also risks with being overweight. I take it and made major positive changes in my diet and exercise. To me, I see it as creating a healthy lifestyle and when I stop taking it I hope to have trained my body to eat properly and exercise regularly so I don't gain it back. Everyone…
