Does anyone know how long water weight from excess sodium reflects on the scale?

Mine can last 1-3 days which is a total pain in the *kitten* especially becaue im so close to being under 200 lbs finally! lol I had pizza last night and I expect ill see that sodium/ retention gone in about 2 days1

Drink water. Eat foods high in potassium and magnesium. All of that will help balance electrolytes. But in the end, why does it matter? Your body has natural fluctuations anyways, so worrying about what is causing it is going to be a losing battle.1
