Please help! So confused!

I did my second weigh in yesterday and because I have now lost over 10lbs it lowered my calories which is fine but I noticed today that my nutrients have changed too. I don't remember how many poly and mono fats I was allowed to have a day but now it says N/A next to them. All I ate today was breakfast and it was a healthy breakfast and I am negative on both but next to saturated fat I do have a certain amount I can have a day. Why is it doing this?

I would say that as long as you are eating healthy and staying in your allotted calories you should get too hung up on the nutrient minutae. You'll drive yourself crazy doing that.0

Yeah, I just thought you had to have healthy fats. I don't know why it would keep it so I can have the unhealthy fats but not the healthy ones!0

If you are eating relatively healthy foods and a reasonably diverse enough range of foods and you are not at Mcdonalds every day you will be fine.

I use MFP's protein & fiber goals as minimums, and ignore the rest. But if you ask 100 MFPers, you'll get 100 different opinions. Everybody's different, and weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you.

Does anyone else mfp not allow any good fats? I thought everyone would come on here and tell me it was an error.
under both good fats it says N/A0
