Macros or Calories?
I find if I hit my macros, my calories are way under and if I hit my calorie goal, some of my macros are over. What is more important? Yesterday, I hit my macros but my calories were only at 1450 when my goal to lose 2 lbs a week is 1700.

Macros and Weightloss
MFP has been a little weird with recalculating my macros as I lose weight. I'm 255 and 5'7. I'm still aiming for the 2 pounds a week loss but I feel like my set macros are off. It has me set at 244g of carbs which seems super extreme to me. What is a good percentage ratio for fat, carbs and protein?

Carbs and Weightloss
I definitely know that ultimately, burning more calories than you take in creates weight loss. However, sometimes it isn't that cut and dry. I notice on weeks when I have a lot more carbs than normal, even when in a deficit, that my weight loss stalls. Does anyone else notice this and should I keep my carbs moderate? I've…

Prior to adding strength training, I worked out 5 days a week for 1 hour doing straight cardio. This week, I added strength training, working a different muscle group 3 out of those 5 days. To start, I weigh all of my food and eat a lot of the same things daily so I know that my calories are accurate. Frustrated With Strength Training
I've been losing weight since January. Every week when I weigh myself, I have always lost weight. Healthy Snacks to Reach Calorie Goal
My calorie goal is set at 1890 which allows me to lose 2lbs per week. I pretty much never get to that amount. I weigh out all of my food and eat a pretty clean diet that has allowed me to lose over 60lbs. I usually skimp on snacks and then find myself starving come meal time. 2 A Days
Due to time issues, I started breaking up my 60 minute cardio session into 2 sessions of 30 minutes, one during the day and one in the evening. Will this reduce my calories burned or increase? I find I go a lot harder and improve my pace doing two 30 minute sessions rather than one 1 hour session.
