I am making potato gnocchi and it says the serving size is 2 oz dry, what would the serving size be once it is cooked? It is very spongy so it absorbs a lot of water.

Very hard to say. Pasta and rice roughly double in weight when cooked. Do you cook the whole packet at once? If so, weigh the whole lot after cooking and divide the weight by the number of serves in the packet. Then you will know how much a cooked serve weighs.4
