I set my carbs to 10% but not sure how to prioritze fat and protein macros. The only information I could find is for keto, and I know they restrict carbs more to about 5%. Should protein be higher or fat? TIA!

Fat is going to be higher protein. You can try one way for about two weeks and then evaluate and try something a little different for the next two weeks.0

Low carb is generally thought to be under 100-150 g if carbs a day. That is up to 400-600 kcal a day. Depending on the carb level you choose, you could be getting zero up to 40% of you calories from carbs. Keto is usually under 20-50 g a day, which is usually zero to 15%, with 5-10% being typical of keto.
Protein or fat can be higher. Depends on your preferences and health needs. For women, the minimum for protein is around 50g but you should be exceeding that, maybe more than doubling it. Most go with 20-35% for protein.
Fat fills in the rest. Keto'ers tend to have fat higher than protein since it is their main energy source. It doesn't have to be super high.1
