Macros and Weightloss

MFP has been a little weird with recalculating my macros as I lose weight. I'm 255 and 5'7. I'm still aiming for the 2 pounds a week loss but I feel like my set macros are off. It has me set at 244g of carbs which seems super extreme to me. What is a good percentage ratio for fat, carbs and protein?

    It's personal preference, save for those who need to watch intake of one macro for medical reasons. I lost 60+ pounds following the default 50/30/20 percentages.
