2 A Days

Due to time issues, I started breaking up my 60 minute cardio session into 2 sessions of 30 minutes, one during the day and one in the evening. Will this reduce my calories burned or increase? I find I go a lot harder and improve my pace doing two 30 minute sessions rather than one 1 hour session.

I'd say any differences would be negligible.1

I can go way harder doing two 30 minutes sessions vs one 60 minutes session. I do two a days while cutting weight 30 in the morning and 30 in the evening after i lift.

I tried that today and I had the same results as you. Definitely going to start doing 2 a days!0
