I'm on day 2 week one as well. Side lunges... WOW! I'm also doing Medifast and just now using the 30ds to incorporate fitness. I look forward to seeing your results!

Day 3. Feeling Core Strength today and finally getting over the soreness. Was able to add treadmill afterwards. :smile:

Love this - SO True! My new word is "Sluggish." When I feel Sluggish, that's how I know I've gotten off my plan, or need to step things back up. When my schedule is right, and I'm eating healthy, and working out HARD - I feel supercharged, even at 180+ pounds!

It really makes a difference when someone goes out of there way to give a compliment. BTW - 35 lbs in 3 months is incredible! I have close to the same goal (unofficially,) and I pretty much just started... so thank you for the motivation!

Count me in! This will be my first challenge as I am new to MFP. Starting weight: 192 Goal weight by July 4th: 176 That is about a lb per week. Will there be instructions as far as where the thread is and such??? So excited!!

Whew... good to know that I'm not alone in this. ( I was beginning to feel like like something was wrong with me.) I keep trying to tell myself not to worry about it because I'm moving and my heart rate is up - - but it would be nice if MFP had either a manual entry method for calorie burn, or at least a 4.0 jogging…
