I'm in!!! I definitely need some accountability! Thank you so much for this!
My starting weight as of 3/17/11 is 160 lbs.
My goal by July 4th is 145 lbs.
I know i can lose more than 1 lb a week, but I'm giving myself some wiggle room so as to not be discouraged! My ultimate goal is 125 by Nov.15 (my birthday). This will definitely get me going!

I've never done anything like this before, and am fairly new to MFP (1/11) but I'm definitely interested.
My weigh in for 3/20 is 166.8 and my goal weight is 140. That's ambitious at just over 1.5 pounds a week, but that is my first goal weight and why not go for it? My ultimate weight goal is somewhere between 125 and 130.
We just come here and post weekly? Or do we send you a message? How does this work (like I said, I'm new here)? Thanks for doing this!0 -

okay if you have given me a START weight, please hold off on giving me any NEW/NEXT weighins until after 3/24/11....or if you want to give me your next weigh in just let me know it is your next weighin and not replacing your start weight since we are only 3 days into this challenge...i'm not going to update the chart with daily changes for each person, just the once a week weighins...
we started on Thurs 3/17, but your weigh in day does not have to be Thurs......your first weighin after the START weighin is due to me in THIS THREAD by 3/28 (monday).....that will give everyone time to get there start weights in before the first weighin and will help with those with early in the week weighins....
also if you can give you update like below (copy and paste this one into each update and it will help us both track from week to week:
3/17 or whatever date you did your start weight weigh in: START WEIGHT XXX

this is who/what i have so far...Please check the chart and let me know if i dont have your start weight correct...i did my best to update my spreadsheet as they come in thru the thread but with the copy and pasting it's possible i added you to the list but didnt get your start weight correct.....
if there is no number next to your name and it says need, i need a start weight by monday 2/21....
if i dont get one, i'm dropping you off the list and you'll have to be added back on if you come back...i'm not going to hunt up weights....the group has gotten pretty big and i'm excited for all of us to succeed and support each other in this challenge, but we are all grownups with a common goal and if you can't remember to get a weighin posted than i'm not going to keep asking for it.....hope that doesnt sound too *****y....each week, probably - probably monday morning, before i finish the chart, i'll post the list of who i'm missing and if i dont get a response, i'll carry you forward from last week...i'll do this one time (week) and then if the 2nd week no response, i'm dropping you off the list...i want an active thread with people who really want to work towards a common goal, to get some weight off by 4th of July......

My start weight for this challange is 210 pounds ! Since i am going on vacation about a week after this ends i want my goal weight to be 185 ! I know that i can do it !0

Good morning everyone this is not a good morning for me but I am ready to start this off right!!! I already mentioned earlier in a post that this was going to be a busy weekend with a lot of crappy eating well it really was plus on top of that I had a migraine it may been from all the sodium and crap I consumed so my starting weight is off the chart from where I was a few days ago and I hope where I will return in a few days from today!!!

Hopefully it isn't too late to join this challenge. I'm in an Easter Challenge right now, but would like to do other challenges. Making my goal realistic I would to lose 15 pounds by July 4th, making it 5 pounds/ month

So what are you doing this week to make sure your focused and making good choices? As for me I am logging food in starting today and I have water bottles filled and by my side at all times. Plus finding ways to keep busy to keep my mind off of mindless eating.

you can update the group here how you are doing each day if you want to keep in touch with the group for support and encouragement...i actually forgot what i committed to, so i will be surfing back in the thread to see what my goal was for this week....
i have pre-entered all my workout estimated calorie burns for the rest of the month and will try to get the rest of this week's dinners entered once i finish our family weekly menu....was busy sunday with the kids/family so i didnt get it done yet....i need to hit the grocery store to get a few things but i think we are pretty much set with the basics, just need fruit, veggies, milk, deli meat....
remember i need your 1st weigh in after your start weight sometime between the 24th and the 28th....please report it here in the thread as i will check here daily and update my spreadsheet too.....if you can do the table i previously posted great but if you just want to type current weight xyz that is fine too....good luck this week my friends...
