Ok I realize I need to eat more in fact my friends have been telling me that but I do not choose to eat as little as I do I am just full. Yesterday I ate near 1600 calories which I thought was amazing but am I making the right choices? I know I have a bad habit of fast meals and I tend to use lean gourmet meals a bit much…

I count every bite of food I have in a day and every ounce of water I drink but I have not been counting exercise yet.

I use bodybyvi and have done good with it but not sure about herbalife. I know they are similar style shakes.

I tried a bunch of different shakes before but so far the only one I like is Bodybyvi which makes sense seeing as I love the cake batter flavor to it. I will tell you this much as well it is only about $2.00 a shake and as far as I have seen it works excellent.

It's from Chris Powell and David smith a.k.a the 650 pound virgin. David lost over 400 lbs using this system. The site looks good so far but requires a lot of fresh healthy foods. They also have a system called the stax system that helps organize and store your food.

I have nearly 300 lbs to lose but back in early 06 I lost 100 but a few years later it found me along with nearly a 100 more lbs.

I started my activity level at the lowest setting because I do not do much activity at the moment other than walking around the house checking the mail watching my son ect.... Another question I was going to ask is if it is possible to lose weight by eating a bit under the calorie goal and not doing hard exercise....or…
