    Linda - We have a ladies only group called Losin' It and we are just a handful of ladies that some have disabilities, some don't. Most of us are in our 50's..some above, some below. We encourage each other, have weekly challenges (disability friendly), and a points game to help keep us accountable. We'd love to have you!!
