Sorry everyone for not keeping up with the group this week. I've had one of those weeks where life just gets in the way but that being said "No Excuses". I've updated the spreadsheet and leader board. Thanks to those who have continued to progress and thanks to doorxstone for the kick in the pants. :wink:

Haha! Weigh-ins are every Monday. Just like The Biggest Loser TV show. I'm trying to follow that format. Seems to work really well, just wish we had Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper yelling at us. :happy:

I agree with littlechinagail here. What I've been trying to do is not focus on the weigh-in but focus on the workout. This helps to keep me motivated day-to-day.

Good Idea tyrannosaraus. I've been following my regular routines this week. Good idea. I was thinking of doing a weekly wrap thread for each week. For example, I will post a thread called "Week 1 Wrap Up" on Sunday where everyone can post there progress. I think daily maybe to much just for the simple fact that everyone will be really busy during the work week.

I have a desk job and one good way is to try to get your exercise in in the morning. 20-30 every morning of some good cardio can get you going.
