  • Chips (fries) Crisps, especially walkers sensations Nutella!! Curry Think I'll stop there... :)
  • Just the general feeling of wanting to die during the workout. That and the sore boobs, more in classes, e.g zumba. The instructor is really flat chested, and is forever on at us to shake 'em harder . It hurts! Plus I hate being expected to do all the shouting and whooping in certain classes. I'm just not that kinda…
  • Another Scotty here!
  • I was 25 when I had my first son, and 26 when I had my second. I had them 14 months apart. Was hard work at the time, but worth it now that they're older, and are always company for one another. For me, that was the right age to have them, I had done the whole going out thing, had enjoyed myself completely. So don't have…
  • My favourite without a doubt is Givenchy Very Irresistible. Other ones I like are Bvlgari, Viktor Rolf Flowerbomb, and Hugo Boss Deep Red.
  • I would be quite happy at 140lbs. I've been really thin, as low as 100lbs, and I looked ill. Now I'm 188lbs. Somewhere in the middle would be quite nice. :)
  • I'm (whisper it) 32, and mum of two boys. I live in a town a few miles west of Glasgow, Scotland. I have about 35lbs to lose, especially as I am getting married next year! You're all welcome to add me if you want. :)
  • I'm an apple I think. I've got narrow shoulders and back, massive boobs, no waist, and a pregnant looking belly! Plus I have chunky thighs, but the skinniest ankles you've ever seen. I hate it, would love to be an hourglass.
  • Derren Brown. Yes, I know he's gay, but there's something about him that's... filthy! Plus with the whole trick of the mind thing, he looks as though he could talk you into anything! Alfie Boe is another (he does theatre and opera stuff, probably best known for playing Jean Valjean in Les Miserables 25th anniversary show)…
  • Bon Jovi - Someday I'll Be Saturday Night. (maybe not a cheery song as such, but it makes me feel like I'm not the only one with problems, and it'll all be fine) Village People - YMCA :blushing: Yes, I know it's naff, but put it on really loud and try not to dance and sing along... I dare you! M People - One Night in…
  • ^^^^^ THIS. So true.
  • I'm 5'8, and I've been 100lbs. That was when I used to get people shouting at me 'EAT.' It didn't look good. I looked gaunt and drawn. I put on a bit of weight, and got me some boobs and hips, and if it hadn't been for the fact that my hair was AWFUL, I would've been hot. That was when I was 17-20. Now, I've filled…
  • Wow! That is excellent work. Well done you! Very inspirational. You look fantastic!
  • I hate to sound callous here, but the papers and news programmes go with what's current. So we had the Norway tragedy for a couple of days, then another story came up. That's what happens. No one is saying though that it diminishes the importance of what happened to those poor children in Norway. I know my thoughts are…
  • I like it. Halfway through the class I felt like I wantd to die, so I knew it had to be good! And I felt great afterwards. One thing, though if you haven't done it before...after the first class or 2, you might be a bit sore...er, underneath, shall we say? Sitting down wasn't all that comfortable for a day or two…
  • I like a compliment, or to find a stranger checking me out (like that happens anymore!) but for me I prefer when my Mr gives me a compliment. Because he knows I'm a sure thing anyway, so he can't be after anything! Seriously though, he has seen me look like hell, first thing in the morning, hungover, just after…
  • On a day to day basis, I wear what's practical. I work with children in a play setting, so I turn up in jeans and trainers and a hoody mostly. There would be no point in me turning up in a dress with heels as I wouldn't be able to do my job properly. However, if I am going out I will wear something that makes me feel good…
  • i asked this when I started it, and the advice i got was to log it as circuit training, general. Hope it helps!
  • I got mine from Bravissimo. I'm a 34g, But my sports bras are a 36FF. So for for this reason I'd say if you have a bra shop like that near you, go in and get fitted. Every make of bra fits differently I find, so I'd strongly suggest going in to try them on. bravissimo aren't cheap, but they're not hugely expensive. Mine…
  • I'm in Scotland, near Glasgow. You're welcome to add me if you want. I'm in major need of motivation.
  • *bump* And well done to all of you. Hoping the day I post my after pics isn't too far off! :D
  • You look fabulous! Well done. I feel a bit inspired after a dissapointing week, so thank you for that. :flowerforyou:
  • I tried it too. It is a hell of a workout, even at a beginner's level, which I was. But I couldn't progress any further than the beginner's course as I didn't have the physical strength to keep lifting myself on the pole. Wish I had, because I really enjoyed it!
  • Can see a definate difference in your waist, tummy and back. Good work! :flowerforyou:
  • i was thinking of asking the very same thing! I haven't resisted anything at all, I just reached for the crisps and chocolate. Was fabulous and just what I needed at the time, but now I feel quite bad for it. The worst thing is, I never have any motivation to excercise when I feel like this, even though I know it'd make me…
  • Add me as well. Can never have enough friends, MFP ones or otherwise!

  • ooh, I hope someone comes along with a success story. I've also had 2 sections, and have that weird pouch thing going on. I really hope it will go away if I excercise enough! So I'm hoping for some tips.
  • Thanks for the quick replies! It worked logging it as circuit training, thank you. You know, it's not even that my legs are sore as such...it's more that if I attempt to walk, they just sort of fold up! If it wasn't for the red sweaty complexion (niiice!) people would think I was drunk! Right, I'm off to take my…
