I have same thing. Lost 14 lbs and then gained 3 and lost 4 and then gained 5.... Need to loose 10 more and it just does not not work for me anymore :(

I had 8 week training 3-4 times a week slowly increasing from 5K to 15K prior to my first half marathon...it was enough.I am slow runner :)

Did you updated your goals....MFP does not reduce calorie goals automatically, just go to goals and manually update it. Hope it helps!

To coronalime: I got belt in Walmart recently and planning to wear it on the day of the race. My only problem: I am night runner, morning runs don`t do so well, feeling weak and exhausted. To mfkfoster: They organize one every year! I am definitely doing it again next year :) You should join too. It keeping me motivated to lose weight. I live about 2 hours away from NYC but don`t mind waking up at 4am and traveling so far just for run this race :)

Two 5Ks and Half-Marathon last April, training for another half on April 3rd. Training strictly outdoors 2-3 times a week. Great to cross train (cycling, aerobics). Don`t be discouraged. For my height "perfect weight" should be 110-149!!! But I have never been so skinny, 165lbs is MY PERFECT weight!!! (I am 5'7) I remember feeling great and sexy when I was 165 and want go back to at least 170 :) If you think you will feel great at 160 lbs so be it :)

Thanks. I will get one to find out. My teacher usually does 5 min warm -up, 1 hours intense workout and 5 min cool down. I sweat a lot!!! Feel much more tired then after running...
