Hi! I'm new to MFP. I was on another forum where the ladies highly recommended to use this site with their weight loss. With all the struggles with my weight and health issues over the past few years, I was at the end of my rope. Looking for a new lease on the next phase of my life.

    Thanks everyone :) You're so welcoming :) It's been a hard few years trying to maintain a healthy weight and eating properly. I am hoping to a healthier lifestyle. No more fad diets!
