    Hi! I'm also new here. I joined yesterday because I have done quite well with losing weight since making a New Year's resolution but now it's starting to get harder...

    I've just got a new job which involves a fair bit of travelling and some overnight stays. I could use some help with how to fit in exercise and avoid eating train food!
