  • I have been going low carb recently past two weeks, feeling a lot better for it too. only high carb days for me are when my sugar levels drop as a type 1 diabetic to around 100ish carbs. if been looking into.this and if you keep your carbs between 100-150 it's a good range, you could maintain on this and lose slowly.x

  • Not often, im glad my home scales broke. Once i feel my clothing getting more loose i'll maybe more curious to find out but im just aiming to get into the jean size i want without being obsessive which i can be with the scales.

  • Skipping ropes. Changed my body dramatically, gave me a line down my stomach, made everywhere look toned up and great, i done this for 15 minutes in the morning and then 15 at night for a good while, then i upped my minutes gradually.

  • I read on a website exercise is 10% and the other 90% is what you eat makes you lose weight, don't know of it's a fact but I can agree as I've exercised like mental and gained with eating so so and exercised and eating well and lost it.
