None if healthy but it has 70g of carbs per serving seems a lot. I'd say 50 a meal is ok, just 70 seems a little on the high side .

For instance, I started back the gym on 10th June, my weekly goal I had 1240 spare calories by the end of the week, I didn't eat yet I was still same weight. Week 2 still same weight, I was over my calories by 640 or something by the end of the week, I weighted myself middle of week 3 and I had lost 2 pounds.

You have alot of low calorie stuff there. add nuts in with your salads. No sugar free or low fat stuff. whole milk. some sauces for your rice? all the berrie fruits are to low in calories. add oranges. Apple's. bananas. xx
