  • Our bubba's had heaps of problems with that right from the start. We tried heaps of water and a tablespoon of corn syrup. The prune juice or kiwifruit were the most effective though. In the end we got some lactoluse from the dr as she was getting constipated all the time - turns out it was her intolerance to gluten though !

  • Lol yes they do us proud - oops I edited this recipe so the sodium will be less - it did say 2 tablespoons but way too much so 2 x teaspoons is a bit easier to take ! It's almost the same as what we do here too but this was the only one with the nutritional info and tastes pretty good !

  • That's awesome !!! it's a hard job reminding yourself that you do need to eat those calories to keep up with your weight loss - I feel more convinced now !
  • Another suggestion would be to get your dr to check you for polycystic ovaries - this causes so many things that affect you losing weight - trust me I know ! There's so many variables sounds like your best bet is to wait for your move and get a new dr as there's so many tests they can be doing for you.
