Hi Everyone. Back at it. I could use the extra motivation friends bring. Add me if you would like another friend!

Courtney... You are awesome!! :) Great motivation for everyone in a similar situation. You have lost 1/2 of yourself and become an inspiration. Thanks to you.

Welcome! This is a great place to find motivation and support. Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend.

Wow.. cannot remember.. I slipped even further back in time and only buy vinyl now.. Last one.. Florence and the Machine - Ceremonials. Go analog!

I usually squeeze 1/2 a lemon into my water. Not a fan of sweetener loaded drinks either.

Not to worry. My stomach is the last place I lose weight. If there is fat anywhere else my body burns it first.. It's a bit cruel but it will be that much more awesome when your belly does go away.. and it will. You have been doing great so far.

Feel free to add me! I am always looking for people to help motivate and support each other :)

Great post.. Love the topic "New me from old parts" .. I feel that! This is a great place to find support!

Metal and Rock.. Mostly old school.. which makes me old :)

Welcome :) The app is great but getting support and motivation from others here takes it to another level. Feed off the positive energy here and reach your goals!

In Canada.. I am sure Ottawa would make any list regarding the cold.. Not that I am proud of that. I hate the cold :)

After years of Rugby wear and tear my knees are not the best either. I ride my bike.. a lot. I find it's the one exercise I can do that does not bother my knees at all. I do use the treadmill to walk/run but always ride the bike as much as possible. Keeps my knees from swelling and complaining :)

I love to hear the success stories. Fantastic job. You should be very proud of yourself! :)

Great challenge. I like to create or join in a challenge every month. Helps keep me motivated. Looks like you are set as far as exercise goes! Good luck :)

Just another step on the way to a total meltdown. I have very little time for him or inclination to care.

My Saboteur = Me I cannot control what others do (nor do I want to) but I can sure control what I do. If I let someone influence me it's my own fault. I have to keep a wary eye on myself :)

Happy! :)

I eat back some of the calories I burn working out, but honestly, not very often. My first time here on MFP I did the same and had very good results. Worked for me. May not work for others. If I am hungry and still have calories in the bank then I eat.

I am inclined to agrree with most people who have already commented. Squats and deadlift's are big weight excercises and large muscle groups. I cannot see a benefit of increasing them to 5x a week. I don't think your body will recover quickly enough. Keep in mind I am no expert :)

Congrats! You seem motivated and determined.. good. Be patient and stick with it.

Potato chips.... So salty... So tasty.. So bad..

Lol.. Me too.

Yes. Have been there before as well. On one hand it's nice that they want to help.. On the other hand you wish they would keep it to themselves. I usually politely tell them that I do ineded already have a plan but thanks for the tip. If they keep it up I am usually more direct .. such as.. "Thanks again for the tip but…

Hmmm.. I think you are doing well. 100 pounds is a long way to go and you are on your way. Enjoy the ride and celebrate ever single pound that slides off. Be patient and those pounds will add up before you know it!
