    You start a thread saying you want some friends, (which you've done), then you sit back and wait for people to send you a friend request, (which I'm about to do). Or some will just say for you to send them a request.

    I'm a busy mom, too. With 4 little ones to keep up with, some people find it hard to believe that I need to lose weight. Yet, here I am...
