Only one...getting back on MFP... I started this lifestyle change with MyFitness Pal in 2014 and loss over 60 lbs, down to 185. After moving to the country and a change of work schedule, I've gained that back and some. I have a million excuses I can come up with but the truth is I just stopped trying. When I would read…

Congrats! I gave up once... I started this lifestyle change with MyFitness Pal in 2014 and loss over 60 lbs, down to 185. After moving to the country and a change of work schedule, I've gained that back and some. I have a million excuses I can come up with but the truth is I just stopped trying. Reported. Go read a book hun. Nobody in their right mind wants to see a 16 year old booty. Thanks for deleted it by the way. And we are not being bullies... we are being responsible adults, which obviously you are not to that point in your life yet.
-
Oh honey. Why are you showing your booty in your profile pics. Cover up dear.
-
That makes sense. Thanks!! Do you think my calorie intake is ok? I want to still eat at a deficit but eat enough to lift.
-
Thanks for the advise. I really don't want to weigh 190 though. Should I make it to my goal and then start lifting?
-
You're awesome. Week 4 was like this for me. I finished the program months ago. You can do it!
-
Yes, I've been "playing" around but I just got serious this week.

Hello, I'm new too. Glad there's so many newbs

Hi Nancy274, I'm also scared of a weight loss stall too. I'm still doing my cardio. I usually do my cardio first (about 15 mins) and then switch to weights. I find when I get my heart beat up alittle from cardio, I burn more cals lifting.

Thank you. I felt great! Muscle are sore that I didn't know I had, especially the booty ones. It's a good hurt though.

This lady is awesome!!! : ) What she said! Happy Birthday!!!!

You look fantastic! I started at 235ish and I'm at 188 now. When I hit wonderland, I kinda got stuck in the 190's too. Keep going! You are doing great! I just finished c2k5. It's a great program if you are training for a 5k.

That is such as sweet idea. I have a pair of Miss Me jeans size 18/20 that are too big for me but I refuse to give them to Goodwill and I know I will never fit them again. Wish I was at the size 10. I'm a 14 now.

:flowerforyou: Great job for trying outside running and for walking your dog. I have a GS dog too but she's 7 and does great running with me. Only advice I have is to keep trying. You'll get in shape and learn how to run outside while teaching your baby how to jog beside you.
