Go for it! Don't stop yourself from having any treats, but the more your cut back the more you wont want the junk food! Or when you do you will have a lot less than before. Best of luck to you :)

5.30 is not morning, that's night time still :P I get up around 7 - 7.30, its always a mad rush getting everyone to school/nursery and work but I just cant get up any earlier lol

I was told first thing in the morning is the best time to exercise, I really wish I had the motivation to get up earlier and do at least 20 minutes! But my bed just holds me down and doesn't let me move!

Not back at at school till Tuesday here! Can't wait to try and squeeze just an hour's exercise whilst I'm alone, I wish I could join a gym but we are moving house soon so should really find one near our new house.

Today I walked around a lot of shops! This evening though I did exercise bike, walked the dogs and 40 minutes on Kinect dancing, tomorrow a long walk and possibly a real bike ride weather and family permitting!

It just feels hard trying to diet but eating more than I did before lol! ! I want to really up my daily exercise too as I get fitter.

On holiday in December looking at photos and thinking I look pregnant! I was sick of feeling so tired and craps all the time I knew I needed to change.

I had a bigger tea than planned but couldn't eat anymore for the sake of it so I'm under today. I never thought eating enough calories would be a problem lol

Good luck! You can do it, eating healthier will help your depression too. Putting better things inside your body will make you feel better inside and out.

I find breakfast really hard, I dont like eating in the morning but force myself too. And the foods I would love are packed full of calories! Today I had a bowl of special K with skimmed milke, 150cal! I dont like milk so have less than a cupful. I would love toast, really need to get myself to brown seeded bread.

I love it on the Wii, but I do find the wires getting in my way! I don't know if thats because I know they wouldn't on the Xbox haha! Some nights it kills me, others I still have enough energy to go for a jog afterwards! Which is good, at least I know I have warmed up enough to go for a jog lol!

I have a Muller Vitality yoghurt drink and an Alpine breakfast bar, 189 calories. It's not a lot, but before my diet I didn't have any breakfast at all, so this is a big change for me!
