Honestly, it is fried chicken. The only thing I can do to fight it, is not eat it. If I have it once, I crave it for days and weeks. Moderation is not an option. I have tried to substitute it with healthier versions.

I would like to hear from anyone who has been swimming for a while with a Polar HRM. Do you find that the chlorine degrades the elastic in the strap? I kills my swim trunk elastic, so I am kind of worried about the HRM strap. Also, if there are any bigger guys who swim with an HRM. do find that the strap stays where it…

My wife helped me come up with a great way to eat steel cut oats at work. I carry 3 cups of the dry mix (see below) to work each week. I put 3/4 cup of the dry mix in a small bowl and cover with hot water (from the water cooler). I let it sit for 4 minutes. I eat it plain with no milk. It takes some getting used to…
