It's friday already! Almost a week gone. I love a fridays and weekends but those are my weak days too! I have fallen off the wagon record number of times on weekends. I lost 30lbs just by spining not even an extra walk during that weight loss period - just spining and eating right. After 2 pregnencies and losing motivation, I am back at my heaviest weight. Started spining again from this week. Go for it!! Let us know what you think.

How is everyone doing? Any tips/ motivation / words of wisdom for today ? Anyone? Try to fit in 10 mintes of workout/ cardio here and there throughout the day and before you know you would have done 30 -40 minutes of exercise for the day. And stay hydrated throughout the day. goodluck everyone!
