Kudos to you! The thing I fear the most is emotional eating - I tend to reach for food not only when I am sad/stressed but also when I am happy. I once got 2 pants same size, same brand but different color(1 light and other dark blue). One fits right and other is tight. Go figure!

If you are like me, it is a good thing. When I nursed my daughter for a year, numbers refused to go down. Now with my son(7 months and nursing), it is the same story. Once I am done, weight just come off with little effort.

OMG! I was also into pilates(Kathy smith dvd, I suppose). It did help with my core strength and I have no idea why I stopped doing it . Pregnency and baby totally lost my motivation. I think I should start again!
