Gosh, I'm sorry everyone, I promised to get the progress list up by Tuesday and here it is Friday, biggest problem was that the list is saved on my laptop and I left the power chord to it at one of my schools on Tuesday so my computer has been dead since then and I've just been logging in on my iPhone App, but I got the chord back this morning and hopefully will have the list up by tonight!
It's been a much better week for me, thank you all for your kick butt encouragement! I went to the Y this week and tried my first "Body Pump" class. Holy Sore Muscles Batman! I'm still feelin' it 4 days later! And have y'all tried Zumba? It's the only exersize class I've done where I don't look at the clock. Sooo Fun!

wwwooooohhhhooooo Im another 1lb down this week so now at 136lbs so happy as I havent been that good this week and have had lots of "fat" days so happy to have seen the scales move again0

Going to WI early. 176 lbs (- 2lbs). I'm just one pound away from my challenge goal, I might just change my goal to 170 lbs. but I know if I do I will be stuck trying to lose that one pound, so if I do lose that pound a couple (or so) weeks before the challenge ends I will change it.0

Grrrrr... I've been good this week. I promise! The last two days I've felt sick so perhaps that's part of the reason but I'm not happy this week.
Last week all my exercise was low impact - like the Wii Fit so perhaps I need to step that up a bit.0 -
