    Moving so slow, but in the right direction. Going to look at past logs from very successful weeks in the past and will see if I can figure out what is different.

    Gosh, I'm sorry everyone, I promised to get the progress list up by Tuesday and here it is Friday, biggest problem was that the list is saved on my laptop and I left the power chord to it at one of my schools on Tuesday so my computer has been dead since then and I've just been logging in on my iPhone App, but I got the chord back this morning and hopefully will have the list up by tonight!

    It's been a much better week for me, thank you all for your kick butt encouragement! I went to the Y this week and tried my first "Body Pump" class. Holy Sore Muscles Batman! I'm still feelin' it 4 days later! And have y'all tried Zumba? It's the only exersize class I've done where I don't look at the clock. Sooo Fun!

    Don't forget to check in for week 2 on Sunday!!!

    wwwooooohhhhooooo Im another 1lb down this week so now at 136lbs so happy as I havent been that good this week and have had lots of "fat" days so happy to have seen the scales move again :)

    Going to WI early. 176 lbs (- 2lbs). I'm just one pound away from my challenge goal, I might just change my goal to 170 lbs. but I know if I do I will be stuck trying to lose that one pound, so if I do lose that pound a couple (or so) weeks before the challenge ends I will change it.

    April 2 weight: 145.6 (-1.2lbs) Was down more earlier this week but TOM now so went back up a little still a lose I will take it:smile:

    GW: 168.2 Lost .6.......not really satisified with it........happy that I at least didn't gain.........that was probably the outcome of my week at the lake...with no exercise ......My Gosh I have been at this weight for at least two months now.....I keep thinking it's gonna hit me and I'm gonna really, really get with it......Wished I could get the motivation like when I first started all this......

    Grrrrr... I've been good this week. I promise! The last two days I've felt sick so perhaps that's part of the reason but I'm not happy this week.

    Last week all my exercise was low impact - like the Wii Fit so perhaps I need to step that up a bit.

    I did my WI early on Saturday (as I was away till today) and results were:

    CW: 239lbs
    GW: 230lbs (I think - I can't find my posts anywhere in any other thread!)

    As it turns out, I was wrong. My GW should read 233lbs.
