A loss which I am really pleased with considering I was expecting a gain after a very bad week both food and exercise wise.0 -
Oh no, the dreaded plateau! I've had a good week with food choices and exercise, but the scale is barely moving. I started weight training this week; could that cause some fluid retention? Oh,well... I'll stick to the plan and hope for better results next week. Calories in vs calories out-- it will catch up eventually. :-)

Baaad week for me. So much pizza Though I did increase my exercise. I saw 139 on my scale Thursday buuuut with my TOM approaching I feel so bloated and my scale is reflecting that :x

Well I'm a 166 today, so that is .50 pounds down. I think i had to fight harder for that half pound than I have yet... Hopefully next week will be bigger!0 -

I am 246 this Sunday which is a 3 lb wt gain! My doctor changed my blood pressue medication and eliminated my diuretic. I actually had gained a whopping 10 lbs this week! But by Sunday it was down to 246! Hopefully everything is equalizing and will see a weight loss this week.0 -
