Hi Everyone. I'm looking forward to this new challenge. I had good luck on the last challenge with one pound per week, so I'm going to stick with it.
Challenge Starting Weight: 164.5 (from Thursday's weigh-in)
Challenge Goal Weight: 159.5 (Excited to get in the 150's!)

Goal 2: 221 lbs by Memorial Day
Goal 3: 210 by Independence Day
Goal 4: 200 lbs by August 5th (day of daughter's wedding in Hawaii!!)
Goal 5: 192 by Labor Day
Goal 6: 180 by Halloween
Goal 7: 175 by Thanksgiving
Goal 8: 165 by Christmas

My first challenge and have only been on MFP for about a week. So what a great way to start things off. I do my weigh-in on Monday so I will post first thing in the morning. My goal for this challenge is 7 pounds.0

I would love to join this challenge:) Current Weight: 148.8 lbs
Goal weight: 141.0 lbs
I generally only shoot for 1 lb a week but have been successful loosing more then that on average hope it continues that way:) So happy to be in the 140's this week:) I really don't remember the last time I weighted under 150.0 -
