What is one thing you would advise a person to do if they are struggling to lose weight? Gain weight?
What's the best tip you could give about the whole process of either?

Your greatest ally is TIME. As long as you're consistent and willing to stumble a few times, over time you'll reach your goal.

    With consistence, victory is inevitable.

It takes time.... and the hard work you put in will go far, love yourself today... not who you want to be tomorrow!

Count your blessings, not your problems, the right attitude is most of the battle.

Try not to look at this process as an "all or nothing proposition." You can still enjoy your life, including going out to eat, as long as you do it in moderation. A treat here and there won't kill you.

Food is not the enemy, it is the fuel. Understand the role that food plays in this process and you will go a long way to being a life-long success story.
