just completed W2D3. It felt really good that instead of going right into my cool down I ran for an extra 1 1/2 minutes. Excited to start W3!

I have been so lazy lately!!! I have been eating horribly too!! I always feel so much better after I workout, but getting out and doing it seems to be a lot harder these days. Here I go for W1D3.

I am 5'6" and I started out at 184. I now weigh 159 and want to lose at least 15 more and then see how I feel. I lost 10 lbs on my own before I found mfp, but since I started here it has been so helpful!!

I'm doing ok with drinking all the water but I wasn't able to workout yesterday. Does 60 minutes on Thursday cover my workout for Friday too? Back to it today, I guess I will do another 60 minutes today just in case. Have a great weekend!!
