    wow!!! I am with everyone else share what you have been doing. How often do you work out with a personal trainer? How often do you workout?

    Working out 6 days a week and 2 of those days are with my trainer. Just simple exercise targeting my trouble areas. I also take advantage of all the group classes like zumba, cycling, water aerobics, turbo kick, bootcamp, yoga. I would say I average 2-4 hours a day depending if I am doing morning and evening workouts! I also drink lots of green tea and average about 14-16 glasses of water a day!
