I am so happy with my results this week. This challenge definitely helps me to stay motivated for weigh ins on Saturdays. My husband wanted to go out to eat last night and I had to tell him no because of this weigh in. Also, Friday's are my go out to lunch days so I have to plan accordingly. Hope everyone has a great weekend!0 -

I really upped my exercise routine and made sure to eat back my calories. I have now lost over 30 lbs on my journey!! Whoo hoo!!0 -
