    My total weight lost for this week = 2.6

    I am so happy with my results this week. This challenge definitely helps me to stay motivated for weigh ins on Saturdays. My husband wanted to go out to eat last night and I had to tell him no because of this weigh in. Also, Friday's are my go out to lunch days so I have to plan accordingly. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

    My weight as of May 14th: 258.4 lbs.
    Total weight loss: 4.6 lbs.

    I really upped my exercise routine and made sure to eat back my calories. I have now lost over 30 lbs on my journey!! Whoo hoo!!

    I'm extremely proud of everyone and their accomplishments this week. Me, however, have done just the opposite of the thread. I gained weight....1.5....just kick me. I'm not giving up!
