    I lost .2 so I'm at an even 199. I am increasing my calories to try to make this work better. I'm definitely doing the right stuff, probably just not eating enough! Lame!!

    So for April I've lost 6 lbs. Not bad! :)

    I know this sounds dumb Rach... but try this... eat more exercise less just for a few days... then do a mid week weigh in. Eat just slightly over your calorie limit and don't exercise at all. THEN if you have to exercise, only do weights and do them hard and heavy. I know it sounds dumb but it may trick your metabolism!!

    Nothing this week :cry: Dipped down to 217.6, then back up the next day. The progress is over my 1.5 / week weight loss goal, but I'm impatient and want more!! haha, But... I will be satisfied with this, and hope it gets even stronger next month.

    Didn't lose anything, either! I'm starting to not let weather keep me lazy. We've had terrible storms and rain the last few weeks. I'm starting to push myself on the treadmill- set a goal of reaching 200cals, 30minutes or 2 miles... once I reach one, I move to the next to keep me going-it's a sad goal but it's a start for now! With a baby, it's hard to get 30minutes to myself and then time to shower after. Oh, and apparently I was eating too little so my body was saying f-u. Lesson learned! haha

    I agree with Rebecca - there are going to be ups and downs on this journey! All we can do is try, hold ourselves accountable, and forge ahead!!

    Down two, which is amazing! However, I know that 2 lbs/week will definitely come to a halt very soon. So my total for the month is 5.6 pounds, total since I started using MFP at the end of March is 8.2 pounds. Just gotta keep on trucking! My goal for the end of May is 169.9 = 10 pounds. Here's hoping!! Have a great weekend everyone!

    Back to my weight from 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping that I'm back on track. I realized last week that I've been under-eating so I'm trying to get my body back in weight-loss mode rather than starvation mode.

    Great loss! Keep it up! Don't feel too bad about cheating as long as you get back on the wagon. We all need to splurge every now and then.

    I think I have to pick up the pace if I'm actually going to meet my 30 pound goal, but I'm feeling great about my progress even if I don't.

    I totally feel your pain, the same freakin' thing happened to me this week too! I'm cutting back to just weighing in ONE day a week from now on. I was weighing in three times a week, but it's totally stressing me out too much.

    I think our bodies just stall now and then. What I totally don't get is most days I've been at a deficit in my calories of only by like 200 or 100, so I didn't think that would effect it all too much. I had an idea this morning of maybe just logging in my aerobic activity, instead of frisbee or catch at the park, or the 5 mile walks I do during the week.

    All I know is that I hate it when the scale doesn't budge! It's so frustrating!
