I am 5ft. and am 58 years old. It is not easy being so short and trying to lose weight. It seems like even 1 pound gain shows and is felt!! I was down to 123lbs last Aug., after losing about 25lbs in a 6 month period. Over the year I gained back 20 of those pounds, due to lack of exercise and not logging my food on here.…

My favorite thread!! Thanks Barbie for posting!! Debbie from SW Washington Goals for June: Get back on track on fitness and eating healthy. It was a LONG gloomy winter here. Walk with or without my dog each day for at least 60 minutes, 5X a week. Eat cleaner and better portion control.

I just noticed MFP has me joining March, 2011 which I did but never did anything with it till this past March. All the weight lost has been from this March.

This month my goal is; To walk to and from work at least 1 day a week. To lose at least a pound a week. To get off on the right foot with my students from day one. To consistently do aerobic and strenght training exercises. To stay within my calorie limits each day.
