Rose - in my other post (the one that was lost) I remember giving you a big congrats on winning
Jan - congrats on the smoke free. That is truly the best thing you can do for yourself
Did 30 min of climbing on the AMT and then 30 min of HIIT on the elliptical. It seems that whenever I'm on the elliptical doing HIIT, the front of my feet begin to hurt. Don't know what that's all about. I used to be able to do at least an hour but now I can only do 1/2 hour. Maybe someone can ask their personal trainer for me???
Tomorrow...yoga. But first the farmer's market. Last week I got this cantaloupe from this one guy. Is it ever sweet! I hate to say it, but maybe I'll get another one and then "freeze" the chantalp=oupe chunks. Just what my freezer needs!
Well, going to post this mainly to mark my spot.
Hope everyone has a grand evening.

I haven't put my goals up for a while but as ever they are:

To move as much as I can.
To drink water all day long.
To let go of resentment.
To love more and worry less.
For now I'd better get some work done!
Have a great day my friends.
Love to all.

Hi all, I would love to join this thread for mutual motivation and support!! It's so positive and encouraging to see people push past obstacles and see that they can set and reach their goals! I just joined yesterday, and my goals for September are:
1) Walk the dog at least 20 minutes each day
2) Exercise more vigorously (horseback riding, power walk) at least 3 hours per week
3) Aim to lose 5 pounds
4) Keep snacks to BEFORE 8pm, keep them under 300 cal total, and STOP 'mindless' eating (a few chips here, a handful of chocolate covered raisins there...).
I wish you all the best with your September goals, and look forward to checking back in here!0 -
Good morning/day - watch out for that spot i just marked!!!
August has been the best month ever! I finally lost weight and kept it off instead of gaining a 1 lb. one week and losing it the next plus my mini goals and my behavioral modification is finally kicking in and were met
School will start next Tuesday, so this weekend I plan on figuring out my menu for the week so that I can eat healthier.0
