my mums a vegetarian but she eats seafood, something about blood in meat that she deosnt like, also during the depression her mum use to try feed them rabbit and say it was chicken :'( I love everything haha

yeah I think theyre defs not good for ur back longterm, thats why u gota get in shape short term and then swap ur excercises around to stay trim in that area so u dont have to do them every day

yes i totally shud have clarified! NYC indeed! So u sound like u lived or have lived there. I find there are not many NYC pple on here, does this mean they are all fit and healthy and skinny from having no cars so they dont need to be on here? Thats what I recon! :-)

The most important thing is that ur at ur ideal weight when u get them. so if u want to get them fine, but for best results this is a must. it will also show u if this is a spur of the moment/gratify the flesh thing :-)

im running a challenger and 1of members met all her exercise n calorie goals but didnt lose and said she's goin to be even tighter, but from what u guys have said, she actually needs to be eeating more. interesting

I agree, even if u work ur arseoff, literally, if ur chowing down ull end up like an apple shape cos ur mid section will hold it.... the only music i work out to is dance music/clubby music with continous beats the songs last longer and its upbeat, no slow mopey stuff :-)
