It only has running e.g jogging 5MPH - 12 MPH but tonight I did 5 100m sprints and can't seem to even be able to log it to get my extra calories dammit!

HELP!

I would say log it at 12 mph at however long you ran the sprints, 12 mph is sprinting ( I can only run a little faster than this). MFP usually over estimates anyway.

Oh they over estimate there exercise calories burnt? :'(

Well if a sprint took me 15 seconds I guess I'll just have to log that then hahaha thanks for your input :-)

Okay so I totally just did that and it gave me about 58 calories, hmmm def doesn't give justice to the sweat blood and tears I shed! So I added a few minutes but now back to square one really, you can't really log it.

    They should fix this feature!

I've heard a lot of people say that their HRM states a number much lower than MFP (100 or more for an hour workout).
