Go to an orthopedist. Only the doc will tell you for sure. I've got a knee injury recently. My doc told me that problems with knees can occur because of problems with feet and uncomfortable footwear. So maybe you just need better shoes, but it's better to see the doc.

I'm going to buy a Fitbit and it's definitely will be the One. Flex looks nice, but its design goes only with a sporty outfit. You can't wear it with a dress. And you can wear Fitbit One all the time and nobody will notice.

It's only based on that exact day and it doesn't count what kind of food you ate. If you got your calories from fat burgers, or candies only, or wine only... I think it counts. If you get your calories from something unhealthy you hardly can get a healthy body. So as MFP warns, this is just an estimate.

Of course it counts LOL. It has no fats, proteins or fibre yet it may contain sugars. Even if you drink dry wine or vodka you receive your calories. So you ought to log it.
