I like the principles of WW (i.e., eat more fruits, veggies, and lean protein) but calculating points does get cumbersome at times. It's much easier to track calories. I also dislike the way WW penalizes healthy fats such as avocado and nuts the same as unhealthy ones.

I'm tracking calories for the moment. Not because Freestyle wasn't working for me; I've lost 55 lbs since January. However, I found that calculating SPs takes a little more mental energy than I have to spare right now. :smiley:

I've been looking at the Fitbit Charge HR and the Garmin VivoSmart, because of all the extra features they incorporated (HRM, text alerts, etc.). The Charge HR seems to be on backorder, but I think I will wait for it. I believe both integrate well with MFP.

Pizza Hut has a new line of Skinny Pizzas that have 250-300 calories per slice.

Same here. I'm trying to recapture the mindset I had when I lost weight a couple of years ago. It seemed so easy then, but I've had the hardest time staying focused lately.

I had great success with WW a couple of years ago. I'm doing MFP now because I find it easier to just count calories, rather than fat. Congratulations on your progress so far!
