My starting weight is 172. I did 30 DS today and only walked one mile. I'm going to push myself as much as I can but I have two children and work full time as a nursing assistant so I'm pretty busy. I'm going to get as close to these goals as possible though! I can't wait for it to get alittle nicer up here in the Pacific…

Hey everyone. We are on day 11 now...it's going by so fast. Is anyone noticing any differences? I have maintained my weight (unfortunately) but lost inches. If you haven't started level 2 yet you should try it. You might suprise yourself!

I don't have on demad so i'm not sure about that. I got mine at target for 9 and I know you can get it on amazon as well. Just do the video once a day for 30 days working from level one to level three and post here as you like. It's mainly about supporting ad motivating each other!.

Welcome to the group! Has anyone taken measurements? I"m going to take mine today. I have read a few posts and they say to take measurements with 30 Day Shred instead of weighing becuase you are gaining so much muscle with it.
