I have a question: Won't Weight Loss % versus Weight Lost in Lbs. be a better indicator? A 300 lb. person will have more weight to lose compared to someone who is only 165 lbs. Just sayin'.

I'm in =D kinda just started this like yesterday (even tho i've been on the site a bit longer) so a good tough week should really be good motivation to get me started.
My start weight for april 24 is 159.2 pounds. =D

(should we just do it on weight lost? or percent of body weight lost? someone who only has like 10 pounds to loose could maybe not lose as much weight, but still lose more based on how much they weigh.. Maybe do the contest on both amount lost and percent of body weight lost)0 -

My main goal for this week is to weigh and measure everything that I eat. I have been "eye balling" portion size for a while, and its not working. I am also going to keep to 1200 net calories a day. I also plan on working out for an hour a day all week.
What are your plans for this challenge?0 -
I will work out 2 hours a day, and my Goal is to burn at LEAST 500 calories a day. Plus, I am really going to focus on getting in more Water and Vegetables.
My fingers are crossed.0
