  • I now use dannon greek yogurt with peaches running about 80 calories. Before though I would go to Fred Meyers and by their CarbMaster yougurt. Very low in sugar and a wide variety of flavors.

  • Thank you! I appreciate the help. At least I know now I can get one without having to have a cell phone.
  • Since I have a bunch of fitbit guros here, I am hoping you wouldn't mind my asking a few simple questions. I do not have a cell phone at all, don't really want one either. I do have wifi network in my home though and several pc's. Do you need a smart cell phone to operate the fitbit? Thanks for entertaining such a silly…

Trying to loose weight after bypass surgery but also want to see some definition which I am slowly but surely.

  • Greetings! Hope all is going well and much success to you. For vitamins, I take the Bariatric Fusion. I had the gastric bypass surgery switch and these vitamins have been a true blessing. No problem keeping well nourished. They don't taste that bad either.
  • I would suggest using some bands, stretch tubes, dumbbells, kettlebell, and maybe a thigh toner which could be used for your thighs and upper body (chest). This all should fit nicely in a laundry basket. The dumbbells I would buy are changeable. All this equipment combined would cost 100 or less. Just a thought. I live in…
