Maybe its not the water, but the container you are putting it in. I've discovered that plastic cups really affect the taste of water to me. Using a glass doesn't have an effect on the taste to me. Nalgene bottles don't seem to have a flavor to me either.

Darker roasted beans tend to be more bitter, so look for a lighter roast. Try Highlander Grogg (a flavor, not a brand). It's has a great buttery flavor to it. Otherwise Hazelnut flavored beans are really good as well. I also recommend the Torani SF syrups. Also switch to skim for the milk.

I wear a heart rate monitor and track it under cardio. I keep track of reps and weights on paper so I can see what I'm doing next time. I don't track them here.

Usually 6 shots of espresso over the course of the day, typically as a latte (2 shots each) with SF flavor and skim milk. Sometimes in the afternoon I just have the espresso with a SF sweetener. On weekends I'll drink regular coffee if we go out for breakfast.

Afternoon workouts for me. I work from home with two sons (15 and 10) roaming the house (at least for summer). The mornings are quiet before they wake up, so I work during that time. I find evenings too late (often I'm too tired to get my workout started), so afternoons work best.
