I used it in beef strogonoff last night for the grand-kids and kids. I thought it was terrible. The yogurt separated when reheated and looked terrible. But they reckoned it was the best i had ever made and they are sour cream nuts!

No issues with quality. Try their Just Bran. 24 carbs per serving but 16 grams of fibre. I snack on it dry with almonds. If you can get their Just Organic Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt. It is the best I have ever had. Buy it every week. Excellent.

Good luck and good management. I went down 77 ibs and put on 20lb over 18 months with MFP. Bad choices but they were my choices. One thing I have learned after 67 years on this planet you have to own your mistakes. Back on track but it is tough. Always looking for more supportive friends.

I agree really type. You make a choice as to what your macros will be and stick to them. That doesn't type you.

I am retired and inactive except for walking 15k steps a day. I have my activity level set for sedentary. Prior to getting this my second fit it I was using Map my fitness app to log my walking outside and on the treadmill. Now I let fitbit do the lot.
